Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact and the garment is free from make-up, perfume, or signs of wear.
Ship the Items
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
